Who can register

You must give your real name, an email address you can verify and a working phone number. You may not register on behalf of someone else, and you may not share your access.

Personal use only

Property information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, to identify properties you may be interested in buying. You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape or resell any of it.

Our relationship

Registering creates a broker-consumer relationship for the purpose of showing you property information. It does not make you a client and doesn't obligate you to anything. Representing you in a purchase requires a separate written agreement.

Listing information

On-market listing data is provided by MetroList® Services, Inc. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may be incomplete or out of date, and belongs to MetroList and its participants. Each listing shows the brokerage that holds it. Estimates and notes (rents, costs, strategy fit) are our opinions for education only. They aren't appraisals or financial advice.

Off-market opportunities

Off-market details are shared only after a meeting and a signed non-disclosure or buyer representation agreement. The terms of that agreement govern those details.

Contact and texts

We'll email a one-time code to verify your address. We'll only send marketing texts if you check the optional box, and you can reply STOP at any time. We may email you about new deals and events, and you can unsubscribe from any email. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or end your access at any time.
